With a musical performance on the piano, at Terminal 1 of Fiumicino airport, Aeroporti di Roma “plays” for Peace. To perform at the piano in the departure hall of T1, in front of dozens of passengers who took photos and videos, the maestro Enrico Giaretta, who is also an airline pilot, together with the international musician Olen Cesari on the violin, on the notes of ‘Imagine’ by John Lennon.
Against the backdrop of Yoko Ono’s installation ‘Imagine Peace’ to give a signal, the amazed passengers enjoyed the musical performance just before their departure. Aeroporti di Roma has launched this initiative appreciated by other European airports that have joined the ADR call on their social networks with the hashtag # play4peace, on the occasion of World Piano Day.
