Davide Fontana killed Carol Maltesi not for an erotic game that ended badly, but during intercourse. And with a clear intention, according to those who investigate. “Since he could not accept to live without the girl who between the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, he had informed him that he intended to leave Rescaldina and move between Veronese, where her son lived, and Prague”. The investigating judge of Brescia Angela Corvi writes it in the order to validate the arrest of the confessed banker of the murder of the 26-year-old.

“While agreeing that the Maltesi, with whom he was madly in love, also entertained relationships with different men – explains the investigating judge -, he could absolutely not accept that he would go far away, abandoning him; and thus, he barbarously took away her life, during an erotic game that they had agreed, taking advantage of the evidently unconditional trust that the young woman placed in him – so much so that she was bound, gagged and hooded, making herself helpless in his hands “. “Before this Judge and during the validation hearing – he adds -, the suspect confessed the crimes in full, also revealing the motive, which is obviously of a passionate nature”. The judge further explains that Fontana killed “a very young woman, the mother of a child still at an early age, ‘guilty’ only of wanting to follow her own projects and aspirations away from the suspect”.
