Now, after the provision of the Review, the new notice of conclusion of the investigations has been notified, while the setting of the hearing in the Cassation following the appeal of the lawyer of Pivetti, the lawyer Filippo Cocco, against the seizure (to Pivetti around 3.5 million euros were ‘frozen’).
