The Azzurri National Team and the Italian Non Profit National Team take the field for the “WeAut” project dedicated to the creation of specialized centers for autistic children. There will be three football matches of the ‘Match of the Sun’. The first match will be played on June 23 at the Del Duca stadium in Ascoli Piceno. The announcement takes place on the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day.

The proceeds will be used for the construction of a facility in Fiumicino which will be operational within the year. There are several sections where children / teenagers between 6 and 14 can be supported in therapeutic, sports and recreational activities thanks to the presence of ABA therapists / educators and trainers. The structure, which will represent the first recreational-school-sports therapeutic center in Italy, will also host athletic courses externally that will allow children to improve their psychomotor skills. The initiative is promoted by the National Azzurri, the Art & Luxury Association and the RDF Comunicazione, in partnership with TrustMeUp and the Order of San Giovanni di Gerusalemme. The following matches will take place in September in Malta, at the “Ta ‘Qali” National Stadium and in December at the San Nicola stadium in Bari.
