Cucchi case, eight carabinieri sentenced for misdirection (ANSA)

(ANSA) – MILAN, APRIL 08 – Ten people, including a family with children and grandmother, were arrested by the carabinieri of Sesto San Giovanni (Milan) in Paderno Dugnano and Cesenatico (Forlì-Cesena). The group, also making use of some pushers, had set up a sort of take away from the shop, active day and night, from the window of the house, on the ground floor of a building in Via Reali in Paderno. The orders, issued by the investigating judge of Monza, were carried out nine in the province of Milan and one in the province of Forlì-Cesena, and envisage 7 arrest measures in prison and three under house arrest. During the investigation 10 bullets, 400 grams of hashish and marijuana and 70 grams of cocaine were seized.

The arrested are two brothers, a 59-year-old multi-prejudiced and a 43-year-old (arrested in Cesenatico); the companion of the older of the two, a 27-year-old woman, with precedents, and a 31-year-old man, believed to be a supplier, in addition to three pushers, two of 52 years and one of 21. The daughter of the the eldest of the two brothers, aged 28, a woman of 34, a friend of the elder’s partner, and one of the hustlers, aged 47. The 79-year-old grandmother, where her younger brother and granddaughter lived, and where drugs were often kept, according to her accusations, was investigated as the recipient of the house search.
