(ANSA) – PAVIA, APRIL 12 – The family members of Luigi Criscuolo, 60, known by everyone in Pavia as Gigi Bici, have chosen the expert who will represent them for each unrepeatable investigation or examination related to the investigation into the man’s murder . The task will be Roberta Bruzzone, forensic psychologist and criminologist.
Roberta Bruzzone will be present at the next appraisals, starting with the one on the small-caliber pistol found in Barbara Pasetti’s house in the villa of Calignano, a hamlet of Cura Carpignano (Pavia): the woman has been in prison since January 20 on charges of attempted extortion, and is also under investigation for murder and concealment of a corpse.
The choice of the Criscuolo family (followed by the lawyer Yuri Lissandrin’s office) to rely on Roberta Bruzzone, follows the appointment of a third consultant by the defense within a few days. The lawyer Irene Anrò, Barbara Pasetti’s lawyer, had communicated the appointment of Ezio Denti, owner of an investigative firm, also known for having been a consultant to Massimo Bossetti, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Yara Gambirasio. The other two consultants working with the defense are the biologist Pasquale Linarello and the computer scientist Mattia Epifani.
Gigi Bici had disappeared from home on the morning of Monday 8 November, the day he was killed. His body was found in a field of Calignano, near the villa of the Pasetti family on the afternoon of December 20.
