(ANSA) – PORDENONE, APRIL 12 – The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Pordenone has asked for immediate judgment for Dimitre Traykov, the 62-year-old businessman of Bulgarian origin, accused of multiple road homicide, committed on 30 January last, in Azzano Decimo (Pordenone), due to an accident along the A28 motorway, in which the 26-year-old cousins Sara Rizzotto and Jessica Fragasso, 20, were killed and in which the daughters of one of the victims were also seriously injured.
“Reconstructive, testimonial and medico-legal investigations carried out, also carried out with the help of the Pordenone Traffic Police – explains the Attorney, Raffaele Tito – it is believed that the evidence appears evident and for this reason the investigating judge was asked to order the referral to judgment before the single judge “.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the entrepreneur was traveling at about 180 kilometers per hour, an element which, together with driving under the influence and failure to respect the safety distance from the vehicle in front, would be the cause of the accident. The Prosecutor also accused the entrepreneur, under house arrest, for the aggravating circumstance of having fled by failing to assist the injured. (HANDLE).
