(ANSA) – BARI, APRIL 14 – The 32-year-old Pasquale Rutigliano, who was arrested the day before yesterday for the murder of the Barletta bartender Giuseppe Tupputi, killed by three copi, availed himself of the right not to answer before the investigating magistrate on Monday night in his bar on the outskirts of Barletta.
The man, assisted by his defender, Claudio Cioce, was heard for the guarantee questioning by the investigating judge of the Court of Trani who validated the arrest.
