The protagonists of the story that took place around one o’clock in the night between Friday and Saturday – as reported by the local press of Modena – over ten boys, in what seems to have been a clash between rival gangs in which, after the disagreements and insults, passed to the hands and the barrel. On the spot intervened the agents of the Flying Squad of the Commissariat who, after having found traces and blunt objects, identified and reported six foreign citizens, all adults of age, for brawl.
Following the scuffle – the Modena media still report – five boys, between 25 and 27 years old, mainly Pakistani nationals, presented themselves to the emergency room of the Carpi hospital: the two most seriously injured were sent to the Modena hospital. of Baggiovara. Among these was a 25-year-old whose hand was almost amputated with a machete blow: the boy was hospitalized in Orthopedics pending any surgery.
