(ANSA) – MONZA, APRIL 26 – Simone Rizzuto, alias Mr Rizzus, was indicted by the Monza Public Prosecutor’s Office for defamation of Rebecca Staffelli, daughter of the well-known correspondent of ‘Striscia la Notizia’, for an outrageous sentence inserted in one of his songs, posted on social networks complete with a further defamatory comment. This was confirmed by the Public Prosecutor of Monza Claudio Gittardi, following a report from the Mediaset program, in which the risk of dismissal of the proceeding was denounced and consequently the presentation of a parliamentary question by the Honorable Massimiliano Capitanio.

“It is the prosecutor of Monza that delivers the tapir to Staffelli – the Prosecutor Gittardi told ANSA in a joking tone -, Rizzuto was sent for immediate trial on September 3, 2021, in the proceeding against Rebecca Staffelli, with procedure set 25 January 2023 “. In the offending song, the self-styled rapper sings “20900 delinquents, whore **** or the daughter of Staffelli”.

The envoy, during the service, had stated: “it is a pity that the Monza Court has asked for the filing, as the authorities have not been able to trace Mr. Rizzus”. The prosecutor, on the other hand, specified that “Rizzuto was registered in the register of suspects on November 21, 2019, with investigations concluded on March 21, 2021”. In addition to the rapper, concluded Gittardi, “another user is under investigation who has republished the song with a video on social networks”. (HANDLE).
