(ANSA) – BARI, 27 APR – “There is ample evidence of adherence to the modus operandi of the members of the CasaPound movement in wanting to demonstrate the use of violence as a method of political struggle and to propagate and exalt the methods of the dissolved fascist party”. This was written by the Juvenile Court of Bari in the grounds for the sentence with which last January 25 it sentenced a young Bari activist from CasaPound to 11 months in prison (suspended sentence) for reorganization of the dissolved fascist party. The accused, 16 years old at the time, is among the 32 people who were identified after the squadron attack on 21 September 2018 against anti-fascist demonstrators returning from a march organized in Bari for the previous visit of the then Interior Minister Matteo Salvini .
