President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed ministries and central authorities vaccinate against coronavirus 70% of their workers in two weeks.
This was reported by the press service of the President’s Office.
“Within two weeks, all ministries and central authorities must report on the progress of vaccination among their employees. It is desirable that 70% of employees of ministries and central executive authorities be vaccinated with two doses.”, – the message says
In addition, it is indicated that 84% of workers in the Ministry of Defense have already received two doses of vaccine, and 68% in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Benefits for vaccinated citizens
- If a yellow level of epidemic danger is introduced in Ukraine, and 80% of personnel are vaccinated in educational institutions, they will continue their work.
- The yellow restrictions will not apply if all participants (visitors) and at least 80% of organizers of public events, employees of cinemas, theaters, museums or other cultural institutions, gyms and swimming pools have a “yellow” or “green” COVID certificate.
- The owners of the establishments will decide for themselves whether to serve unvaccinated people.
- If a red level of epidemic danger is established, then educational institutions will work only if 100% of employees have a “green” COVID certificate.
- If a person who crosses the border of Ukraine has a “yellow” or “green” certificate of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19, she may not self-isolate. This rule also applies to persons arriving from the temporarily occupied territories.
