Today, in fact, in front of the investigating judge Raffaella Mascarino the evidentiary incident has begun to ‘crystallize’ their statements already made, together with the photographic acknowledgments, in view of the trial. Evidence incident that will continue on May 6 and was requested by the prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo and by the deputy prosecutor Letizia Mannella, owners of the investigation that led Mahmoud Ibrahim, 18, arrested in Milan, and Abdallah Bouguedra, 21 from Turin, to jail .

For the affair, the juvenile judiciary also ordered the arrest of a 16-year-old Egyptian homeless and a 17-year-old compatriot with a residence permit. Among other things, the Review decided that custody in prison should also be applied to 19-year-old Abdel Fatah (his defense, however, appealed to the Supreme Court).

This morning, in front of a judge, investigators and defenders of the arrested, four friends who were abused near the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II were heard and in the afternoon two girls will be heard who with the same pattern were attacked at the corner with via Mazzini (the violence on one of them were documented in a well-known video). “I found myself on the ground, unable to get up and feeling suffocated, I began to think of dying. I was terrified with fear, while my friend was screaming”: this is just one of the many stories that have already emerged from the documents and confirmed in the evidentiary incident . Among the victims, a total of about ten, also two German tourists.
