This was decided by the Savona Police Headquarters using an “aggravated” Oral Notice, that is with provisions that will prohibit him, once released from prison, from possessing or using a whole series of objects that could facilitate the commission of crimes: in addition to weapons a modest offensive capacity, reproductions of weapons, toy weapons, flammable substances or in any case suitable for emitting flames, it is forbidden to use “computer programs and other tools for encoding or encrypting conversations or messages”. Therefore, smartphones and all other IT tools, such as computers and tablets, which allow access to the internet, are banned.

In fact, it will only be able to use first generation mobile phones which only allow telephone conversations and text messages to be carried out. “It is an effective prevention tool, provided for by art. 3 of the Consolidated Law 159/2011 also for the protection of women victims of violence, which unfortunately it often leads from mistreatment to femicide “.
