Truskavets at its own expense: hotel names and prices for “Servants of the People”

People’s deputies are already packing their bags for a business trip. October 1-2 in Truskavets should take place visiting meeting of the “Servant of the People” faction… According to the press service of the party, the venue was chosen to be the Rixos Prykarpattya hotel – one of the largest and most expensive complexes in the resort.

The organizers decided not to rack their brains over the choice of premises, so the “servants” will gather in the “Senator” conference hall, where they were trained in the summer of 2019.

The interior is made in light beige, with wood paneling on the ceiling and walls. The website states that this room can accommodate up to 650 people. There is no open information on how much the rent costs, but you can fill out a feedback form with a specialist who does not work every day.

Half of the minimum wage per night

The elected representatives will have to spend at least one night in Truskavets. In a conversation with the journalist of the site “Segodnya” administrator Rixos Prykarpattya warned that booking a room for events is possible only if the hotel has been booked. Therefore, some deputies and officials will live there.

A couple of days before the congress on the website for the search for apartments it is written in red letters that there are no more vacancies for the first days of October. The price for a standard single room with breakfast for these dates is 3520 hryvnia for one night… The most expensive room is an apartment for one per 19 900 hryvnia per day.

But even in the most ordinary room, guests will find a royal bathroom with marble tiles and a mirror, which is framed by a picture frame.

The price also includes an initial consultation with a therapist and a visit to the spa center of the complex. Therefore, after a productive day, politicians can go to the sauna, Roman bath, hammam or work out in the gym and warm up on water aerobics.

The highest in status will spend the night in luxurious rooms – otherwise there will not be enough space. According to MP from the Servant of the People faction Alexander Kachura, the organizational aspects were taken over by the secretariat of the political force, but due to the large number of participants in the meeting, some are looking for an overnight stay on their own:

“They are booking something there, I am still looking in parallel … There is either” Forest Song “or Mirоtel. We now have to book one of these hotels. That is, we are doing this ourselves. The organizers are booking, but there is still no understanding , who will live in what hotels, etc. Rixos only has 60 rooms, there will be a Cabinet of Ministers, there will be an Office of the President, that is, roughly speaking, 40 rooms. “

No one will be left on the street

There are alternatives to the expensive complex. For example, at the Lesnaya Pisnya hotel, a standard room with an unlimited spa pass costs 1,700 hryvnia per night. This payment also includes three meals a day. Judging by the site, there are enough free rooms for the night from October 1st to 2nd.

In Mirotel for the dates needed by the “servants” there was only a room of the “luxury premier” class – 7100 hryvnia per night per guest.

A “standard” room would cost 2920 hryvnia per night. Plus lunch at a local restaurant for 450 hryvnia.

There will be no “freebies”

Each People’s Deputy will pay for travel and stay in Truskavets from his own pocket. Roman Grischuk explains: the organizers are in charge of room booking and logistics. Therefore, he does not look for housing on his own, except that he managed to buy tickets in a compartment. He is waiting for his reservation and will immediately transfer money for all expenses:

“They book centrally, we pay for ourselves. The same is for travel: you can book centrally. So I bought a train ticket there myself, but I booked the secretariat back, and then I will give them the money.”

The ticket cost the deputy a little more than 600 hryvnia. There is just a convenient train flight to be on time for the start of the exit. Deputies can book at least a whole carriage – there are enough seats in a compartment in the direction Kiev – Truskavets.
