(ANSA) – CAPRI, 10 MAY – Fear but no one injured by a fire in a private apartment in via Camerelle in Capri, empty when the flames broke out. The smoke that came out of the terrace immediately triggered the alarm among the neighbors and the owners of the boutiques of the famous Capri luxury street, who asked for the intervention of the Fire Brigade.
After receiving the report, the tanker truck of the Fire Brigade arrived with the fire brigade on duty at the Via Roma station. Access to the road was blocked by the Carabinieri patrol of Capri and by agents of the Municipal Police. The shutdown operation is still in progress. The cause of the fire could have been a short circuit from the electrical system of the house.
In the meantime, access to via Camerelle remains closed. (HANDLE).
