In a few days hundreds of requests from all over Italy to be able to spend the holidays in Lucio Dalla’s house on the Tremiti islands (Foggia). The villa, a three-storey building overlooking the sea of the Diomedee, was entrusted by the heirs of the singer-songwriter, with the aim of enhancing such an important place, to a company from Campobasso, the Syntactic, which a few days ago made official the start of the tourist activity in the house. The first tourists will arrive in the first week of June and it will continue until October.
Inside the house there are still the original furnishings and objects of the singer-songwriter including one of his pianos and then the famous recording room in which Dalla recorded many of his masterpieces. From the wealth management company, they report that they are receiving hundreds of inquiries every day.
In addition to the villa, another Dalla alle Tremiti house will also be rented for holidays, located on the island of San Nicola, next to the Diomedee church. It also aims to bring one of Dalla’s historical friends, a singer-songwriter, who will be invited to spend a week’s holiday in the villa of Cala Matana.
