(ANSA) – LAJATICO (PISA), MAY 11 – A 57-year-old woman from Lajatico (Pisa) died inside her burning car after a car accident in the early afternoon.
According to preliminary information, the driver of the vehicle, who went off the road, could have accused an illness that made her lose control of the vehicle, which then went off the road and caught fire.
A young man who was passing through the area affected by the accident tried to save the driver by pulling her out of the cockpit, before the flames developed completely, but the woman was already unconscious.
And also the intervention of the 118 staff was useless and the doctor could not help but ascertain the death.
