(ANSA) – ANCONA, MAY 13 – The suspension of 5 months for the exercise of the legal profession for the lawyer Gabriele Galeazzi has been canceled. For now he can go back to work. The decision was issued today by the National Forensic Council on the appeal proposed with an application by the lawyer Riccardo Leonardi who defends Galeazzi. An appeal to the five-month precautionary suspension provision issued in March by the Disciplinary Council after the outbreak of the affair. Galeazzi, who belongs to the Ancona bar, is still under investigation for corruption, false and embezzlement in the investigation of the fake vaccines that emerged on 10 January with the first precautionary measures issued by the investigating judge Carlo Masini. For Galeazzi, house arrest was initially ordered, but after three months, with an application to the investigating judge and the requirements that led the judge to request the precautionary measure no longer exist, they were modified with a signature obligation, then revoked at the end of April. The lawyer is currently free.
