(ANSA) – ANCONA, MAY 13 – The suspension of 5 months for the exercise of the legal profession for the lawyer Gabriele Galeazzi has been canceled. For now he can go back to work. The lawyer is under investigation for the story of the false vaccinations at the Paolinelli della Baraccola hub in Ancona and according to the Prosecutor’s Office is one of the intermediaries of the nurse Emanuele Luchetti, the one who would have thrown away the doses instead of inoculating them to citizens (dozens of suspects) who they turned to him to circumvent the vaccination against Covid-19 and still obtain the issue of the Green pass. The decision was issued today by the National Forensic Council on the appeal proposed with an application by the lawyer Riccardo Leonardi who defends Galeazzi. An appeal to the five-month precautionary suspension provision issued in March by the Disciplinary Council after the outbreak of the affair. Galeazzi, who belongs to the Ancona bar, is still under investigation for corruption, false and embezzlement in the investigation of the fake vaccines that emerged on 10 January with the first precautionary measures issued by the investigating judge Carlo Masini. For Galeazzi, house arrest was initially ordered, but after three months, with an application to the investigating judge and the requirements that led the judge to request the precautionary measure no longer exist, they were modified with a signature obligation, then revoked at the end of April. The lawyer is currently free. Precisely this factor led the council to cancel the suspension, but his position in the disciplinary bodies is still pending and will depend on the final results of the investigation and any trial.
