The agreement was signed between the Minister for Disabilities Erika Stefani, the Mayor of Genoa Marco Bucci, the President of the Region Giovanni Toti and the associations for the rights of the disabled. The card will allow quick access to cultural services, special rates, discounts and agreements with public and private bodies. The times for activating the card are tight, soon it will be possible to request it directly from the INPS website.
