(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 18 – A women’s network: women who will train other women, unemployed or badly employed mothers, to help them fulfill themselves professionally. This is the initiative promoted by Chicco to promote female empowerment. The purpose is already in the title ‘Together we can’: ‘Together we can’ ensure that a woman’s aspirations are not incompatible with the choice of motherhood.
It is a free professional redesign process, supported by Chicco, for women with children up to ten years of age, who wish or need to relocate to the workplace. The initiative is part of the #mammaE campaign promoted by the company in support of women’s freedom of choice.
“We want to give women the tools to recognize their skills and make the most of them in the world of work and in society” explains Federica Padoa, Brands & Portfolio director of Artsana. With the project, she says, “women trainers will support other women in building their own professional identity, in line with their talents”.
The mentorship path is in collaboration with the Piano C association, committed to professional redesign and female empowerment. “In this historic moment, collaborating with Chicco to create a concrete support path for mothers is an indicator of how virtuous alliances can lay the foundations for real change” observes the president of Piano C Factory, Sofia Borri.
Until 18 June it will be possible to send your application. the first selection of 40 women who will participate in two online training webinars will be announced on 7 July.
At that point, the trainers will select from these fifteen finalists who, starting in September, will take part in the complete redesign process for three months. (HANDLE).
