(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 19 – The Milan Public Prosecutor has asked for the indictment of the rappers Baby Gang, stage name of the twenty-year-old Zaccaria Mouhib, Neima Ezza, or Amine Ez Zaaraoui, also 20 years old, Samy Dhahri, 19 years old known as Samy Free, and for a 31-year-old Albanian, all accused in proceedings for a series of robberies in the Lombard capital.

In the investigation closed in April, conducted by the Carabinieri of Pioltello and by the agents of the General Prevention Office of the Milanese Police Headquarters and coordinated by the prosecutor Leonardo Lesti, four episodes were disputed for various reasons: three cases occurred in a central area of the nightlife Milanese, between the Columns of San Lorenzo and Piazza Vetra in May 2021, and the last one in Vignate, in the Milanese area, last July. Baby Gang – already at the center of news stories in recent years and then investigated in two other investigations in recent weeks, including an episode of resistance to agents during a check – had been released, after his arrest at the end of January, from Re-examination, because his lawyer, the lawyer Niccolò Vecchioni, had shown that the evidence against him was incomplete. Then, at the end of February, the investigating judge Luca Milani revoked the house arrest for Neima Ezza, replacing them with the obligation to stay in Milan and stay in his home from 20 to 7. And giving him the opportunity to ask for authorization to perform concerts outside the fixed hours.

The house arrest was also revoked for Samy Free, also in this case for the mitigation of precautionary requirements. The fourth suspect, however, had not been arrested. The preliminary hearing will open on October 18 in front of the gup Domenico Santoro who will have to decide whether or not to indict trial. (HANDLE).
