(ANSA) – ANCONA, 20 MAY – The number of hospitalizations for Covid-19 remained unchanged in the Marches on the last day: 114 patients of which 4 in intensive care (+1), 23 in semi-intensive (-1) and 87 in non-intensive wards (+1) and 12 people discharged in one day; the employment percentage of Covid intensive care patients is 1.7% while in the Medical Area it is 11%. A death related to Covid (a 96 year old from Apiro in the Macerata area) and the total sle at 3,893. Meanwhile, 810 positives were detected in 24 hours and the incidence per 100 thousand inhabitants remains decreasing (from 445.21 to 415.63). The Region communicates it.
The total of positives drops to 4,426 (-87) and home isolations to 11,649 (-480) of which 254 with symptoms while those recovered / discharged stand at 459,372 (+896). The picture of the infections accounts for 237 cases in the province of Ancona; Macerata (164), Pesaro Urbino (160), Ascoli Piceno (114) and Fermo (110) follow; 25 positives from outside the region. 3,252 swabs were performed in 24 hours, including 2,774 in the diagnostic course (29.5% positive) and 508 in the course cured.
