(ANSA) – PALERMO, MAY 22 – An infiorata representing the heraldic logo of the State Police dedicated to the victims of the Capaci and via D’Amelio massacres was inaugurated this morning at the Cathedral floor. The Infioratori Masters of Noto made it. This is one of the many initiatives planned for the thirtieth anniversary of the two massacres.
The infiorata is part of the “Vele al Vento” event promoted by the “Quarto Savona 15” Association, the “Cassaro Alto” Association and the “Cassaro D’Amare” Association. The photos of the Fallen of the Capaci and Via D’Amelio massacres were immediately shown by the students of the Liceo Classico Vittorio Emanuele II with readings, musical moments and presentations by the schools that will take part in the initiative.
