(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 25 – A 59-year-old fortune teller from Riccione was denounced for circumvention of incapacity and was reached by a ban on approaching the places frequented by the victim because, between June 2021 and April 2022, she had almost 20 thousand euros delivered by a 45-year-old Milanese, suffering from psychiatric disorders, to read the so-called ‘readings of the angels’, a sort of tarot card, over the phone.
The provision was notified to Riccione by the carabinieri of the operational section of the San Donato Milanese company and also provides for a ban on the use of telephone and electronic means.
The investigations, conducted by the Operational Section and directed by the Lodi Public Prosecutor’s Office, were based on testimonies and wiretapping.
The carabinieri also carried out a seizure decree of the sum subtracted from the suspect’s current account. (HANDLE).
