For these crimes, the men of the Latina mobile squad, at the disposal of the local prosecutor, arrested three members of the Casamonica clan: Diego, Guido and Marco Casamonica, the latter two under house arrest. The agents of the Rome mobile and the Romanina police station also collaborated in the operation. The investigations arise from the complaint of two entrepreneurs, owners of a restaurant in the Lido area of ​​Latina, who reported that on the evening of 9 March, the three arrested after having dinner at their restaurant, tried to get some money delivered. cash, around 700 euros, boasting its belonging to the Casamonica family.

The owners of the restaurant did not deliver the sum, but, frightened by the request and the attitude of the group, they accepted that the suspects would leave without paying the bill for the dinner consumed equal to about 1600 euros. (HANDLE).
