(ANSA) – MANFREDONIA (FOGGIA), MAY 31 – “We lift the block, we open a passage between the fishing boats to let the ship that transports water to the Tremiti Islands set sail freely”. This was announced by the fishermen of the maritime sector of Manfredonia (Foggia) who have been protesting against the expensive diesel fuel for a week, not going out to sea with their boats. On Saturday morning the owners of the fishing boats created a sort of “barrier” at the port of the Foggia municipality by placing their more than two hundred boats next to each other.
