(ANSA) – COSENZA, 01 JUN – A young man detained in the Cosenza prison, and who among other things will finish his sentence in six months, has not received any response from the supervisory judge to his request for permission to participate at his mother’s funeral. Furthermore, the same young man had previously been denied the opportunity to visit the woman, suffering from a tumor.
To make the story known, on its Facebook page, is “Yairaiha onlus”, an association based in Cosenza that deals with the protection of human rights, and in particular those of people deprived of personal freedom.
The young man, still reports the same association, was able to attend the funeral of his mother remotely with a video call made to a relative with a mobile phone. (HANDLE).
