(ANSA) – BERGAMO, 01 JUN – There is a suspect for very serious culpable injuries for the story of the eight burned, five children (of which two still serious and three fathers), on Monday morning at the San Zeno di Osio kindergarten Above (Bergamo). It is the parent who materially poured the bioethanol on the brazier where they were cooking marshmallows, sugar-based sweets, during the orienteering activity: the flashback – the investigators reconstructed – hit eight of those present.
The alleged offense can be prosecuted due to a lawsuit: at the moment, however, there are no reports, even if the time to present it is still 90 days. Otherwise, the prosecutor Silvia Marchina will have to ask for archiving. (HANDLE).
