(ANSA) – PARMA, 09 JUN – After four years of threats and violence, psychological and physical, which allegedly also occurred in the presence of minor children and in the workplace, he finally had the courage to report. Victim was the wife of a 45-year-old who, thanks to her testimony, led to the arrest of her husband, residing in the province of Parma.
The Carabinieri of the Salsomaggiore Company, coordinated by the Prosecutor’s Office, carried out the precautionary custody order in prison, issued by the Gip of the Court of Parma for mistreatment in the family. The woman told the investigators several episodes of death threats and violence, conducts that would have generated in the woman a strong state of anxiety and fear for her safety.
