Online child pornography, a carabiniere sentenced in Milan

He was sentenced to 2 years and 2 months for detention and online dissemination of child pornography material a 50-year-old policeman, which was in service in Milan. This was decided with an abbreviated procedure (discount of one third on the sentence) the gup of the Lombard capital Carlo Ottone De Marchi, following the investigation coordinated by the adjunct Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Antonio Cristillo.

The 50-year-old, defended by the lawyer Roberto Grittini, was arrested at the beginning of April, after the police carried out a search seizing phones and computer devices in which pornographic images of minors were found.

The judge held the soldier responsible for both detention and dissemination of child pornography material.
