(ANSA) – GENOA, June 10 – Daniele Bedini, the 32-year-old carpenter arrested last Monday and accused of the voluntary murder of Nevila Pjetri, the Albanian prostitute found killed on the shore of the Parmignola stream in Marinella, made use of the right not to answer of Sarzana on Sunday morning.
The man, assisted by the lawyer Reboa, is also being investigated for the murder of Camilla, Carlo Bertolotti, the trans woman killed in the same place whose body was discovered on Monday morning.
The interrogation to validate the arrest, which began at 4 pm in the La Spezia prison where Bedini has been imprisoned since Monday afternoon, was conducted by Judge Garofalo and ended after the ritual acts. If the judge decides for release, Bedini should still remain in prison due to the final sentence for the robbery perpetrated by the Carrarino carpenter in 2019 and for whose non-arrest investigations by the ministerial inspectors at the Palazzo di Giustizia in Massa Carrara are underway. .
