(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 11 – The Pride procession parades through the streets of central Rome and under the slogan ‘Peace & Love’ it claims the rights for Lbgt people and asks for peace. To open the procession the city institutions, alongside the Circolo Mario Mieli. To hold the banner in the front row of the Roma Pride, with the motto ‘Let’s go back to making noise’, the mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri, the president of the Lazio Region Nicola Zingaretti, the Capitoline councilors and the presidents of the Municipality, and the godmother Elodie. “We are 900 thousand”, the organizers announced to the microphone from the wagon that opens the procession. Applause and shouts rose from the crowd around the wagons.

From the chariot arrived at the Colosseum, the godmother Elodie sang her single ‘Bagno a midnight’.
