(ANSA) – MILAN, JUN 15 – From the early hours of this morning, in the provinces of Milan and Monza Brianza, the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Milan are carrying out 24 arrests relating to an investigation into the murder of a 21-year-old stabbed in the course of a violent gang fight on September 29, 2021.
The military is carrying out two separate precautionary custody orders, issued respectively by the investigating magistrates at the Juvenile Court and the ordinary court of the Lombard capital.
The murder would have resulted from a settling of scores in the context of a drug dealing circuit.
His name was Dimitry Simone Stucchi, the 21-year-old killed on 29 September 2021 in Pessano con Bornago (Milan) inside the gardens in via della Vigna. The young man had been hit by a slash in the armpit that had reached his heart.
The two groups, according to the investigations, came from Pessano and Vimercate (Milan) and were made up of 15 and 10 people who had made an appointment for the ‘showdown’ on social media. At the base of the clash, it seems, an alleged unpaid drug consignment. (HANDLE).
