The deputy also explained why he voted against Razumkov.
“I personally voted for Razumkov’s resignation because it could speed up early elections and Servant of the People will fall apart. Finally, this era is collapsing. People’s Deputy from the Batkivshchyna faction Vadim Ivchenko also told us that there can be no coalition with the “Servant of the People”, since the factions have different strategic positions.
“That is why Batkivshchyna voted for the resignation of Razumkov. He is a member of Zelensky’s team. He voted for anti-social tariffs, felled land, opposed the significant role of trade unions. Our ideological positions did not coincide. This was a key decision during the vote,” the deputy said. …

At the same time, Ivchenko noted that as the speaker of the Rada, Razumkov was a man who knew how to maintain a balance between factions and treated the opposition correctly.
People’s Deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Sergei Vlasenko I am sure that Servant of the People does not need the coalition, and even less so for Batkivshchyna.
“They have been talking about different coalitions since the beginning of this parliament’s work. But we have a mono-majority that does not need any coalition. They have 240 deputies. Two deputy groups vote for the” Servant of the People “. I think this is absolutely enough for them. No coalitions are possible, until the course of power is changed. What kind of coalition can there be with those who push the gambling business, squander Ukrainian land, believe that it is necessary to raise taxes for entrepreneurs, carry out fiscalization. These are not the ideological foundations of Batkivshchyna. If we, theoretically, and could conduct such negotiations, then definitely not with the “Servant of the people”, – Vlasenko told us.

Recall that 284 people’s deputies voted for the resignation of the speaker of parliament:
- Servant of the People – 215 votes;
- “Fatherland” – 20 votes;
- For the Future – 19 votes;
- “Dovira” – 18 votes,
- “The Voice” – 6 votes;
- Non-factional deputies – 6 votes;
- HLE – 0 votes;
- “Eurosolidarity” – 0 votes.
Resignation of Razumkov
- On October 4, the “servants of the people” submitted to parliament signature lists with approximately 200 signatures of people’s deputies, launching the procedure for removing Razumkov from office.
- “Servant of the people” wanted to remove the speaker from office this week, but Razumkov said that he would follow the Rules, in compliance with all procedures – his resignation this week seemed very unlikely, but nothing is impossible for “servants”. In this regard, Razumkov was even removed from the meeting.
- The speaker announced the end of the fight against violations in the Rada: “I will not turn political quarrels into a swamp. If they want to bypass the law, let them go. I will not go to court (to appeal against the decision). Perhaps I was mistaken in people.”
- The deputies appointed Getmantsev to temporarily chair the meeting, since neither Razumkov nor his deputy Stefanchuk could do this due to a conflict of interest.
- As a result, the Rada dismissed Razumkov from office with 284 votes.
