The Minister of Justice, Marta Cartabia, said this in Sassari, speaking at the 11th edition of the European conference on restorative justice. It is the first appointment of a two-day tour in Sardinia for the minister, who will later visit the Sassari prison in Bancali and tomorrow the Cagliari prison in Uta.
