(ANSA) – NAPLES, 29 JUN – The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (deputy prosecutor Pietro Camerlingo) has ordered the exhumation of the body of 34-year-old Rossella Fiato, who died in front of her three children aged 12, 10 and 3 on April 4 last while he was in his house in Sparanise (Caserta); it was the children who called the neighbors bringing help.
The decision of the judicial office came following the complaint filed in late April by her husband, assisted by the lawyer Salvatore Piccolo, according to which the effects of the contraceptive pill that the woman had started to take a few days before to die on the prescription of a doctor who qualified on the internet as a gynecologist, but who would not have the specialization.
