(ANSA) – VATICAN CITY, JUN 30 – The 20th edition of Koinè, the international exhibition dedicated to the religious chain, organized by Italian Exhibition Group with the support of CEI and the patronage of the Diocese of Vicenza. It will also be focused on the special production of devotional and liturgical items with the new logo and the graphic elements of the 2025 Jubilee. The 2023 edition of Koinè will in fact support the artisans, artists and operators of the devotional sector on the path towards the opening of the Door Santa. A special area, entitled “Expo Giubileo 2025”, will allow the protagonists of the production of the sacred to exhibit to international buyers, operators of sanctuaries, wholesalers and retailers, customizable prototypes, objects for liturgical and devotional use, vestments, signs and gadget with the distinctive signs of the jubilee year that was born under the motto “Pilgrims of hope”.
The biennial event, which has been held since 1989, will offer three days for the meeting, discussion and business of sacred operators from all over the world. In the foreground the Made in Italy in the production of devotional articles and liturgical objects, in the solutions for the furniture and the building of worship and in the proposals for religious tourism. To enrich the appointment, exhibitions, cultural events and conferences organized in collaboration with the offices of the CEI.
Koinè 2023 will also host the International Religious Tourism Exchange. Finally, the fair has published three calls for proposals for artists, designers and ateliers interested in exhibiting their works in the exhibitions of the “Faith and devotion” area. (HANDLE).
