Threats and violence to the TV presenter Jacobelli, taken as a stalker

(ANSA) – MILAN, 01 JUL – From the beginning of January and until a few weeks ago, Marialuisa Jacobelli, a well-known sports journalist and presenter of Dazn in his thirties, lived in a “climate of terror”, with death threats and physical violence and psychic, because he did not accept the end of their short relationship. The man, Francesco Angelini, 52, born in France and residing in Montecarlo, ended up in prison for stalking in the investigation of the Milan prosecutor Pasquale Addesso, by order of the investigating judge Livio Cristofano.

The presenter, who among other things on social media already last February had published posts in which she told of being a victim of stalking and who then denounced the man on 17 June, had also been forced to move home and not publish anymore photos or videos on the Instagram profile “for fear of being located”.

In the order, the judge speaks of Angelini’s “continuous and numerous contacts with the victim”, even if the relationship was over, of “aggressions”, of “repeated and always mortifying” messages and of his “constant and obsessive desire to learn about the movements and acquaintances “of the presenter, who has over 1.5 million followers on social networks.
