(ANSA) – MILAN, 04 JUL – The 31-year-old Libyan Hamza Sara was sentenced to 7 years and 8 months of imprisonment with an abbreviated procedure. 44 years old in the lift that connects the garage to the condominium, in Segrate (Milan), where the woman lives, while returning home after having parked the car. This was decided by the GUP of Milan Tiziana Gueli following the investigation by the carabinieri, coordinated by the adjunct Letizia Mannella and by the prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro, on the terrible case of abuse. Cameras are decisive in the investigations, but also the comparison of DNA.
The judge sentenced the accused (with a one-third discount on the sentence provided for in the shortened procedure) for robbery and aggravated sexual violence and awarded the victim (in the courtroom and represented as a civil party by the lawyer Andrea Prudenzano) a provisional compensation of 20 thousand euros.
