(ANSA) – ANCONA, 07 JUL – After 12 years, the case of the death of Andrea Bolchi, who died on 30 January 2010, DJ, 28 years old, resident in Senigallia, in a road accident has been reopened: his car was over a tree along the road that leads from Serra De ‘Conti to Arcevia. But for the Prosecutor of Ancona the death could have occurred during a clandestine race and a friend of the young man is on trial on charges of road murder. To ask for immediate judgment for Marco Pierantoni, 38, an accountant from Macerata, was the prosecutor Daniele Paci and today, at the Court of Ancona, the first hearing was held before the judge Paola Moscaroli. To bring the case back to the surface were the interceptions made by the Investigative Unit of the provincial command of the Carabinieri of Ancona in the context of an investigation for drug dealing, which did not concern the accused but an acquaintance of him. From those interceptions it would have emerged that that night Bolchi did not go off the road alone, but there would have been a clandestine car race in which the victim, the 38-year-old and a third car would participate. For the accusation it would have been Pierantoni who sent him off the road, during an acceleration race, not facilitating an overtaking maneuver and limiting himself to slowing down only a few moments before the fatal impact for Bolchi. The family members of the DJ, his father Gabriele D’Annunzio, who in the past was Berlusconi’s helicopter pilot, and his mother Virginia Vassena, have filed a civil action with the lawyer Corrado Canafoglia and are demanding compensation for damages equal to one million total euro. The family is originally from the Cremona area and lived in Senigallia for a long time. The accused, who is also accused of two violations of the highway code, speed and overtaking, is defended by the lawyer Pierfrancesco Tasso of the Macerata forum.
The defense claims that “there was no race in progress, the two cars had only pulled together because my client advised the other that he would go for gas” and intends to demonstrate the strangeness of the 38-year-old during the trial. (HANDLE).
