(ANSA) – FLORENCE, 07 JUL – Other 5,644 new positives (average age 47 years, positive / swab ratio 24.85% decreasing) and another eight deaths from Covid in the 24 hours in Tuscany. The latest victims were three in the Florence area, one in Prato, two in Pistoia, one in Massa Carrara, one in Pisa and lead to 10,219 i, the total number of deaths since the beginning of the epidemic. With the new cases the total positives rise to 1,245,459 (+ 0.5% on the total of the previous day). The healed – 1,782 in 24 hours, all according to negative buffer – grew by 0.2% and reached 1,162,349 (93.3% of total cases). The currently positive are 72,891 (+ 5.6% on yesterday). Among them there are 623 hospitalized (+15 people the balance between entries and exits compared to yesterday, equal to + 2.5%) of which 26 in intensive care (balance unchanged). A total of 72,268 people are in isolation at home “because – claims the Region – they have mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment, or are symptom-free” (+3,839 people on yesterday, equal to + 5.6%).
