The reopening of the investigation, explains Felicita, is “an important step forward on the road to ascertaining the serious facts that occurred at the Pio Albergo Trivulzio, in view of a process that identifies the criminal and civil responsibilities of the managers of the structure”.

The judge, in ordering new investigations, indicated to the prosecutors to carry out two steps before the appraisal.
