(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 10 – After a night of work by the fire brigade teams, the fire that developed in the self-demolition activities and in the vegetation between via Togliatti, via Casilina, via dei Romanisti, via Fadda, in the Centocelle area. 50 firefighters are still operating, 20 vehicles used, even the special Dragon vehicle brought in from Fiumicino airport. The work of dismantling, reclamation and cooling of the materials stored in the self-demolition activities continues, also with the use of excavators. To allow the movement of emergency vehicles, via Palmiro Togliatti is still closed between via Casilina and via Fadda.
Meanwhile, the people who had been evacuated as a precaution returned to their homes during the night. (HANDLE).
