(ANSA) – L’AQUILA, 11 JUL – At the end of the validation hearing, the Gip of the Juvenile Court of L’Aquila ordered the custody in prison of the 15-year-old with psychiatric problems who in Bucchianico (Chieti), in the afternoon last Friday he attacked his 78-year-old grandfather who later died at the Pescara hospital.
The young man, accused of aggravated voluntary homicide, arrived in L’Aquila in the middle of the morning aboard an ambulance of the Blue Cross of Lanciano which took him from the Chieti polyclinic where he is hospitalized, guarded by the carabinieri. The boy, in the course of a quarrel with his grandmother, repeatedly hit the elderly man, who intervened in defense of his wife, with a vacuum cleaner and a chair, then jumped on him filming the scene with a smartphone.
