(ANSA) – TRENTO, 16 JUL – The investigating judge of the Trento court has validated the arrest of a 46-year-old Moroccan citizen, held responsible for sexual violence against three girls between the ages of 13 and 14. The measure stems from the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office which coordinated the investigations, triggered following the complaint filed with the carabinieri by the parents of two of the victims to whom the young women had confided the sexual harassment suffered.
The incident happened on the evening of 10 July in Trento.
A stranger lured the victims to a nearby commune as they were strolling down the street, getting them into their gray station wagon. Arriving in a secluded place, near the industrial area, the man repeatedly groped the young women, forcing them into physical contact.
The investigations of the carabinieri, thanks to the indications acquired by the young victims with the assistance of a psychologist, have allowed to highlight numerous indications of guilt on the account of the suspect who, in a few hours, was identified by the military and located in a hotel of the val di Non. At the state of the investigations, further investigations are underway to establish whether similar cases may have occurred for which the carabinieri invited any victims to immediately file a complaint.
