(ANSA) – REGGIO EMILIA, 20 JUL – The position of the relatives of Giuseppe Pedrazzini, 77 years old from Toano (Reggio Emilia), found dead in a well near his home, closed with a heavy slab, on 12 May, after he disappeared, is getting worse for some time.
The court of Liberty of Bologna, to which the Reggio Prosecutor’s Office, which coordinates the investigations of the carabinieri, had addressed the place of the obligation of signature and residence to which they were subjected. For the Bolognese judges, the most afflictive measure must be applied not only to the crimes of fraud and killing of a corpse, but also for kidnapping. Against the widow, Marta Ghilardini, the obligation of signature and residence remains, but also for her it extends to kidnapping.
