Government, Candiani (Lega):

(ANSA) – MILAN, 20 JUL – The three young adults who ended up in prison in recent months in the investigation of the Milan mobile team, coordinated by the adjunct Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo, on the aggressions were sent to trial with immediate rite sex in Piazza del Duomo on New Year’s Eve. This was decided by the investigating judge of the Lombard capital Sonia Mancini accepting the request of the Prosecutor.

The immediate trial (the preliminary hearing phase is skipped) is against 19-year-old Abdel Fatah, Mahmoud Ibrahim, 18, and Abdallah Bouguedra, 21. The first hearing was set for 11 October before the fifth penalty, but in the coming days the defendants’ defense will have the opportunity to ask for an abbreviated judgment (behind closed doors and with a discount of one third in case of conviction).

For the affair, the juvenile judiciary had also ordered the arrest of a 16-year-old Egyptian and a 17-year-old compatriot and the procedure is still ongoing. Nine girls, among other things, in front of the investigating judge had confirmed their stories of group sexual violence suffered during a probative incident.
