(ANSA) – RAVENNA, JULY 23 – Although at the beginning of the year the judge had forbidden him to approach the girl he had fallen in love with, he continued to call her, send her messages and look for information about her. And so the same judge, at the request of the prosecutor, replaced the measure with prison. The protagonist of the story is a 40-year-old from Cervia, in the Ravenna area, who fell in love with an 18-year-old who is studying in Ravenna, whom he met last year as part of a professional experience.
Immediately he – as reported by the local press – had begun to show his interest in the young woman by contacting her frequently, even with her mother’s cell phone.
And also following her to the bus stop and school. “You don’t know what happens to you when you get off in Cervia – he told her – you end up in the sea, how your boyfriend ends up in the sea; afterwards we do the math you and I”. And so on January 3 the removal to at least 500 meters was triggered and the ban on communicating with the girl by any means. But in May the young woman’s lawyer had complained about new approaches of the 40-year-old who, in addition to calling and texting, had gone to her former workplace to look for information about the young woman.
The further investigations by the Mobile Police team, coordinated by Pm Cristina D ‘Aniello, confirmed the picture. And so at the request of the Ravenna Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Gip Sabrina Bosi, taking note of the fact that the 40-year-old has so far been oblivious to the bans imposed, applied him pre-trial detention in prison.
