(ANSA) – CATANIA, 25 JUL – The Gup of Catania has indicted Rosario Palermo, 61, for murder and body concealment, accused of killing the daughter of his then partner to prevent it from being discovered that the young who was going to have a secret affair, she got pregnant. The girl, Agata Scuto, who was 22, has been missing from home since June 4, 2012. Her body has not been found.
The first hearing of the trial will be held on 11 October before the Catania Assize Court.
